For students that signed up to receive a Toymaker kit by our deadline, kits will be distributed by classroom teachers this week. Please join us on TEAMS using the link provided on the flyer on your kit on Thursday, April 28 at 6:30pm! Rick Hartman from School of Toys will lead this workshop as we explore the art, science, and joy of building toys together. This is a family event and parent help is recommended.

Each year, the Rosa Parks Elementary PTSA recognizes individuals who have given extraordinary service to our school, organization, community, and students. These awards are the Purple Paw Award and the Golden Acorn Award. These awards were created to recognize volunteers who quietly, consistently, and reliably contribute their time, energy, and talents to our school.
 
 We welcome you to participate in the selection of our volunteer award recipients by submitting nominations. The Awards Committee will make a final decision on the recipients of the awards. Please submit nominations by Friday, May 6.
